no stock of the basic brown pairs for men

Terrible service from Head Office. How can a brand not have stock of basic brown flip flops? However they can bring in plenty of stock of the ugly bight colours! I waited more than 2 weeks to get feedback regarding the pair I wanted (from head office and Gateway store). This points to pathetic planning and the fact that tbey don't understand local trends and buying patterns. Those new bright colours will never sell well locally as they are simply too bright!
