"MY" sandals are NOT my sandals..... HAVAIANAS - I am DISGUSTED!

I've dropped my sandals off at the Canal walk branch - i receive a call 2 months later to advise that I need to collect my STRAPS!!!! I then get another call to say I can collect any pair of sandals, then a THIRD call to say I must collect my sandals!!!

eventually I go in to collect my sandals, and no one knows anything. The next day A'isha calls to say I need to collect my sandals in Canal walk.... I get there, luckily I tried on "my" sandals - it was way toooo small? Clearly NOT my sandals.... She calls Angelique who insists that those are mine?

Where are my sandals that I left? Is this just being spiteful?
