Havannas Waterfront

Bought havannas in waterfront bad quality when we sent it back, was refused a return as per head office. The item is currently 2 months old, also bad customer service from Mxolisi, was very rude, telling us not to make noise so he told us to email our complaint, we spoke to Tara, the supervisor in charge.. Who was of no help either, another customer who was joking about returning his items was happily assisted whereas we were pushed one side.
