Havaianas - slops breaks at the same spot everytime

If Havaianas could make an improvement (just a slight improvement) on their flops’ design - it would go a long way in assuring happy customers. I’ve been wearing the brand’s flops for over 10 years. Why: they are super comfy, don’t make my feet sweat, hold their shape extremely well & fun designs to choose from. However, the plugs which secures the straps breaks off EVERY TIME. This happens after wearing them for 4-6 months. The cheapie flops i often buy (less than half the price of Haiavanas) lasts for much longer. I’ve noticed many many complaints from customers about this exact problem. Please Havaianas - spend some time, listen to your customers, improve the strength exactly where the plugs are attached to the 3 straps. There is no doubt that that area is weak. But maybe from a sales point of view, the design is specifically of such a nature as to ensure Havaianas slops don’t last for more than 6 months. Hard not to think along these lines. A response from the brand would be great - thanks
