Havaianas - Avoid product and Rosebank Mall Branch in particular

Product quality is terrible, embarrassing actually, didn't last 2 months! Their 6-month return policy is a massive sales ****: they simply do not accept returns. Instead they keep you waiting or 45 minutes in their store while they pretend to make phone calls to head-office where return requests are systematically rejected:-( Prices are missing in store, no tags on products or displays which opens the door to discriminatory practices. Overall experience nothing short of shocking! Avoid at all costs.
