Havaianas always breaking!

Bought a pair of havaianas, wore if for about a two or so weeks and the toe part snapped. This wasn't the first time it happened to my havaianas, but I'm so unhappy and dissatisfied that it happened within a month of unboxing.

I then contacted havaianas to let them know what had happened and that they needed replace my flops. I sent them images, the invoice for my purchase, but they still declined and rejected my request.

Please people, do not support this brand that have no customer service or any understand of the sort. I am sorry I bought the brand for the past 15 years and only to learn they do not care about the concerns of their customers.
