Exchange Nightmare!!!!

Hello! I've been a regular customer at the Havaianas online shop, and the consensus among fellow Havaianas owners is that the quality and comfort of their flip flops are top-notch. Recently, I decided to extend the Havaianas love to the kids. However, when the flip flops arrived, the pairs intended for my daughter were a size too big.

Considering Havaianas' exchange option on their website, I anticipated a smooth and painless process. On October 12, 2023, the courier arrived to pick up the flip flops, seamlessly arranged by Havaianas. However, what followed turned my exchange experience into a bit of a nightmare. Despite numerous emails going back and forth, I've been struggling to finalize the exchange. My advice to fellow online shoppers would be to ensure the correct size before ordering, as exchanging with Havaianas can be challenging, especially for those living far from stores that sell Havaianas. In my case, residing in a small town in the Northern Cape, the nearest store is about 200kms away. Fingers crossed, we can soon wrap up the exchange, and my daughter will have her beach-ready flip flops!
