Don't ever buy Havaianas in Cavendish square

I bought a pair of havaianas on the 08 of January 2021 in Cavendish Square on the 01 of March its broken.. Took I to the store and the rude manager said he cannot teach me how to walk its my fault, they will not exchange or return as it's wear and tear. The product is poor quality.
