DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I have been a loyal supporter of Havaianas for donkey years, I lots of issues around sandals breaking with in the 6 month period. I returned a pair of havaianas it happened in lockdown that lelft hand flop broke at the toe, tried to fix it while waiting for the shop opening in stage 3. Yesterday I returned it to the Claremont branch, I was told by the branch manager that I tampered with the repairing and their policy would to not replace the flip flops if a customer tried to tamper with the flip flop. I was Covid19 and I was desperate to have my flip flops replaced No Where on the invoice it states the tampering clause, I want Havaianas to replce my broken flip flops. I was dissapioned with the sales managers attitude. regards mervyn berowsky ***
