Dissapointed in the Qulaity of Havaianas

At the beginning if I'm not mistaken , the guarantee for these imports was 1year then soon changes to 6 month. I'm Starting to wonder why? I bought a pair of Havaianas which was replaced 29 March 2021 due to the toe piece coming off. Today is broke again whilst driving. I have also bought my kids many pairs and they all seem to be breaking just after the guarantee has expired. I think there is a definite decrease in the quality of Havaianas. Some of my kids even went as far as using the straps of other brands of slippers to replace the Havaianas broken ones and it actually works and last much longer than the Havaianas straps. Also just to mentions I have slippers/plukkies from Pick N Pay that seems to last longer than these Havaianas and they cost R50 for two pairs. I do know that I am not the only one that has shared a storie/complaint on the quality of the Havaianas.

So my question is to Havaianas SA - What are you guys going to do about it?
