Dissapointed customer service ( OBED )

Hi i visited your store Havaiana in Waterfront I have to say it was about 20h56 just before closing of the store i went in to purchase a pair of havaianas for my daughter i ask one of the sales staff to assist and said that they dont have the size that i am looking for So i ask for something else and the respond was they dont have without checking wich store might have to assist Then out of no where the tall African male i assume could be the manager ( OBED ) said people i want to cash up and they are closing I specifictly went to this store to buy a pair of sandals since my daughter stays out of capetown but couldn't purchase due to this unfriendly staff and no help to customers I had to go a few days later to Canal walk for a pair of sandals at Havaianas because of this bad customer service i received. Im very dissapointed in this store and the way they help customers.
