Disgusting staff & poor service

I went to the V&A today and my havianas (the expensive crystal ones) broke while I was walking. I bought them from the V&A store some time back so thought the logical approach would be to return them. The staff laughed at me and told me impossible without a receipt and that I should walk barefoot instead. I work with customers on a daily basis and find this level of service (as well as this policy) utterly disgusting. Needless to say I left my broken shoes behind in the store and will NEVER be returning #howtolooseclients #poorquality
