"Coveted" brand with the worst customer service!

<p>My husband received a pair of havaiana flip-flops as a Christmas present, as he loves the brand and doesn't want to wear any other flip-flops. We had to exchange it though because it was a bit too big....obviously the price sticker was removed and we didn't have a slip, which is only normal when you receive a gift. Needless to say the Havaianas shop refused to exchange the item without the slip and my husband is stuck with a pair of 'highly sought after' flip-flops he can't wear.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have never had this problem with other shops, who understand that something might be a gift and you won't at all times have the slip. We are very disappointed and the 'coveted brand' has definitely lost credibility with my husband.</p>
