I bought shoes at havainas in March 2022 meaning 4 months ago. Today I went to Century City store to exchange as per agreement that if the shoes get damaged before six months they will give us a new pair. There was a lady by name of Busi who claimed that she cannot help us she must get a go ahead from her supervisor who was at home and answered via watsap that she must not give us anything because the shoes are worn out. These shoes are only 5 months I had to return home with no shoes for my son😭😭😭
