Complaint

Poor customer service at Havaianas Gateway.I visited the Gateway Store on 10/10/2019.I was poorly assisted and when asked about sizes and styles I was told there is no stock,I asked when will the new stock be arriving? the 2 ladies had no idea.We asked the lady to contact their La Lucia branch regarding styles and sizes and again we were told no sizes and styles.My husband and I visited the La lucia branch and we found the sizes and the style we were looking for.The lady that assisted us at the La lucia branch was not only helpful,friendly but also apologised for the poor customer service received from the staff there.My family and I love Havaianas and it was disappointing that we received such terrible service.
