Complaint about Havainas

I received a pair of havaianas(the one with the pattern on) as a Christmas gift-after I have worn it for a few times the pattern start coming off-on the 2/1/2020 I send an email to ***(got the details from google)to complain-up to date no feedback was received.I am very disappointed in the havaianas because this does not come cheap-I have taken fotos and the shoes was not worn since 2/1/2020-Please I need some feedback
