Broken shoe

I bought a flop in December and the belt is tear off, in their policy shoe is guaranteed for six month. When I take the shoe back to them they said they cannot change it because the shoe is smooth underneath I just want to know where are they expect us to wear their shoes, because the roads are having stones sand and I'm complaining about broken shoe they don't consider my pain.
