Broke pair

my Havaianas has broken, it is not even 2 months old, I did not keep a slip, as the brand is advertised on the shoe, the customer complaints department refuses to replace the pair. As an international branded product I think this can be replaced easy, if not I will use all my social media to badmouth them.
