bad quality product which left me embarrassed

Last week i spoke to Jodi who told me there's nothing they can do with my horrible experience with the low quality product I've purchased from the V&A store, i am no longer a customer, consider that my last pair purchased!, see below email i sent;

Hi Jodi,

Please see attached pics as discussed, i purchased these last year, and ive noticed that each pair never lasts more than 6 month and i have to purchase another pair, im really losing trust in the brand now, yesterday the one flop just popped inside the mall and i had to walk barefoot while it was raining.
