Bad customer service

I logged my complaint regarding the faulty flip flops costing R450 I purchased at Havaiana Somerset Mall on 07.01.21 that the store refused to accept the return for saying its customer negligence. Emailed their customer service on the 09.04.21 since it's the only platform to complain and still have not heard from them.
