Bought a vehicle with VW Rivonia that came with a faulty part. The person that sold me the vehicle "arranged for it to be replaced" on the same day returning the vehicle (which was less than 7 days old) the sale's person was "fired/resign". Only find out when it was time to fetch the vehicle.

Since it was a trade in, I was going to be "refunded" my previous/old vehicle's instalment which should happen "within 72 hours" of them settling it with the previous financée which haven't happen until day.

All calls made to the dealership are no longer returned(3 calls made today 06/05/2019)

Still waiting for the manger in the Sale's(who's responsible for the salesman who sold me the car) for last few hours, still no call.

This was & will be the last time I do business with VW hatfield Rivonia
