Spare Wheel - The Risks of driving with a car without a spare wheel

we bought a car 3 months ago under my younger brother's name Louis Lehlokoa and to this date we struggling to get a spare wheel because they cant get the right size. who on earth travel 3 hour distance without a spare wheel, who is going to pay for the fine of not having a spare wheel in the car. today i went to the dealership to collect the spare wheel as per dealership agreement because we have to travel to Limpopo with my sick mother and i spoke to Lebo (female) who told me to wait to minutes which turned out to be 15 minutes and she came back to tell me that the spare wheel is not there it has been returned to where i dont know and it month end the supplier cant give us a spare wheel because they dont have the car's size and because it month end they cant help us we must wait for Monday, so its means in the meantime our lives must stop because of the spare wheel. Tomorrow he will be driving from Potchefstroom to hammankraal to see our sick mother. who drives such a long distance without a spare wheel? and this doesnt bother the dealership. can we get a spare wheel please? he is a man of law, how do you expect him to search people and give them tickets for not having a spare wheel if himself doesnt have for over 2 months? should we get a puncher on our way to Limpopo what must happen call the insurance to tow us and who is going to foot the bill? my younger brother is driving from tomorrow morning from Potchestroom to Johannesburg and he is going straight to the dealership can we get a spare wheel please from JHB we must drive to hammaskraal please be fair and look at all the risks that you are putting us on, and it looks like no care. we need to see the manager not Lebo because there is nothing, we are getting from her other than excuses.
