Poor service

I bought Mercedes benz pre owned from vw rivonia on the 3rd of November 2021..old tyres.old brake .old pads no spare keys and the battery is dying..im stil waiting for the spare keys even now..nobody is getting back to me.i had to buy 2 rear new tyres myself.and i felt i cant buy bracke pads so o returned the car to fit new pads of wch they only put the front 1 only..i went back to them and try to understand why are they not helping me..the sales man by the name of lebo refer me to the branch manager by the name of collins mashilo he said the tyres are stil in good condition and also the pads are in good condition as well..he never apologised for anything..1st lying to me that he put new pads where as he puts only the front.The so called manager lacking customer relations and communication skills..The worst service in the history of automobile industry.wouldnt recommend any1 to go buy from them.
