Poor customer service after purchasing a car

On the 14/07/2020 I bought a A4 2016 1.8 tfsi. The car had a warning light on dashboard and they promised to take care of it. On the 18 August 2020 they booked me an appointment at Klerksdorp Audi for it and unfortunately it was not a globe problem, it was a turn signal that the warranty does not cover for it, they called them and they are playing a blame game that some1 bumped with my car instead of a taking a responsibility.

Salesman by name of Altalyn he is shifting the blames around parties and bad naming myself to Klerksdorp audi and vice versa.

I went to Dent Craft panel beaters to seek for professional advice when I saw the paint on the bumper staring to peel of and the advice and feedback I got was that the paint job done on de bumper was very poor and it affect the fenders.

The salesperson agreed the panel beater should send him quotation and he never took action and responsibility.

I am so disappointed to get such a bad service from such a big and reputable entity.
