Hatfield VW Rivonia :(

Took my car for service a year later i purchased from Hatfeild VW Rivonia and guess what they couldn't find any maintenance plan on the car. Called my bank and it had been invoiced out for R138 000 for a 5 year plan. Called Hatfield and they could not pick anything up on the system. after conferencing the branch my car was at with Hatfield VW Rivonia to try and resolve this we come to the conclusion that the money was paid but the plan was never loaded on the system for the vehicle. Be careful and always make sure that your documents are in order with Hatfield VW Rivonia. A whole year later and i would of never known this if Peter at MCCarthy Westagte never assisted me thanks to Bidvest MCCarthy VW Westgate for the best service in Town.
