Great Customer Service at Hatfield VW Rivonia Branch twice in a row

I am very impressed with the customer service received at the Hatfield VW Rivonia Branch. I dropped in today to inquire about repairing my sun roof. Before I had even parked, a lady was there to greet me and direct me to the correct person. Gilbert in spare parts was very friendly, informative and efficient. He quickly got a technician to assess the problem and then prepared my quote for me. All the employees that I encountered there were very friendly and helpful. I had my car serviced there a few months back and received the same friendly, efficient service. I will definitely always take my vehicle to this branch when I need anything.
