Cars not up to standard

Purchase a used 2020 Isuzu D-Max in December 2021 (relatively new vehicle). Only to find out it has a lot of mechanical issues, they tried to take it to Isuzu to solve with no luck. Later I discover that the vehicle has a water leak (inside the actual vehicle).

Returned the vehicle to VW Rivonia and they haven’t been very helpful to secure a proper replacement vehicle for me or refund me.

My issue has gone from one employee to the next for a month now without a sound solution. Craig is aggressive and defensive as if it’s his fathers business.

No feedback, no communication I always have to be the one to follow up. Very frustrating 🤞🏾
