Appalling after sales sales from the Hatfioeld VW Group

On 03/06/19 Hatfield VW Pretoria provided me with the following feedback post my complaint of my brand new vehicle with approx. 16,500kms on the clock making a noise when applying brakes on the freeway: BRAKE PAD FUSED TO DICS CAUSING RUST, MAKING NOISE VW Tiguan 2.0TDI HL DSG - HM31CSGP On 05/06/19 Hatfield VW Rivonia provided me with the following feedback after going to them for a 2nd opinion: REMOVED WHEELS, CLEANED GLAZE OFF BRAKES, CLEANED BRAKE DISCS VW Tiguan 2.0TDI HL DSG - HM31CSGP After a couple of follow ups with VWSA I was informed by their CIC that there is nothing that they can do to assist me in my predicament. Furthermore, I was informed that even the selling dealership, Hatfield VW Bryanston will not be able to assist me as the warranty will not cover the costs to fix the problem. So, VWSA and the Hatfield VW Group make their brand new vehicle unit sales and don't care at all about their after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. What a shame, this lack of after sales service is totally unacceptable and I vow never to purchase any VW make or model!!!!!
