VW incompetence

VW KBY has my car for over a month and clearly didn’t fix anything because here I am without a car. Hatfield Melrose are trying to get in touch with their KBY counterparts, meanwhile my car is in Melrose and I have no way of getting around. I need my car for work, this issue hasn’t been finalized and it’s frustrating. The service has been poor to say the least!
