Thank you for the good service.

I took my car in for a service on the 13th of March and the service was handled by a Technician by the name of Blessing. He is a very friendly gentleman and seems to take a lot of pride in his work. Yesterday the 14th of Feb my cooling system pump unfortunately packed up on me while driving home from work and i was stuck in Sandton on Grayston drive unable to drive the vehicle. I called my insurance who dispatched a tow truck to my location where i then phoned blessing on his number to find out if the dealership was still open for me to bring my car. This was around 5:45 pm and Blessing said that it is still open but they will be completely closed at 6pm. Blessing then told me he is happy to wait for me until the tow truck arrives and brings my vehicle, he will ensure that they do not close the dealership gates. We arrived at 7:15 pm with Blessing still standing there waiting for me along with a Gentleman by the name of Llewellyn. I want to thank these to gentlemen both for going beyond the call of duty to accommodate me in my situation. VW Melrose has just earned themselves a very loyal customer. From the servicing of my car and inspecting the cooling system issue i can safely say that i am dealing with a honest helpful bunch of people and will definitely refer family and friends to this dealer.
