Poor service

I recently purchased a golf 8R from vw hatfield master cars Pretoria, the vehicle was sold to me with the notion that its a new vehicle, but i have since been having teething issues with the service of the dealership, firstly i informed the salesperson that i don't want those added on covers like scratch and dent policies on it and also those tint as i would like to tint the vehicle myself in a more darker shade, he advised that the vehicle already has those stuff fitted and can't be removed (but i assumed its a new car), i subsequently insisted that the scratch and dent and tyre cover be canceled of which i was told it has been done, i phoned the bank to find out if the money has been refunded they informed me that they haven't received any refund, another issue is that the vehicle had a factory fault scratch on the front bumper grille of which i informed the salesman of minutes within discovering this particular issue and was told that they would sort it out, i had to do follow ups daily regarding this matter until i was then referred to my nearest Volkswagen, which i had to drive to for them to inspect and asses this particular issue, i then had to again fight with my local dealership(not vw hatfield where i bought the car) to sort this issue out which in all honesty wasn't their problem, i paid an amount of R+-38000 extra for all these above services I'm complaining about which is totally unacceptable if i must say the least, I'm not happy with the service i received from this dealership and will not recommend it at all.
