HATFIELD VW MELROSE ****S

NEVER BUY A CAR VW MELROSE!!! I recently purchased Tiguan car through Trade in option - only to be handed a car that was not registered and given an invalid temporary permit ,was only made aware by Traffic officers when they stopped me & almost got the impounded. I tried to contact the dealer, Mr Rolfe to be specific who insensitively told me to make a plan to Uber myself. Fast forward the following week I was debited for the old car that I had traded in - dealership did not settle the car in their possession and I had to pay it . I requested to have my car back as they did not want to settle it after several reminders with no luck. So I am paying for a car which is supposed to be traded in but has not - and it's also not in my possession. Over that - the Tiguan hand brake stopped working whilst at dealership , the safety belt also got loose and nothing has been done about even after reporting. Currently undergoing Legal route to solve the matter. Be aware
