Hatfield vw Melrose incompetence

Hi. I'd like to mention about vw melrose incompetence. Being professional vw dealerships, they were really unprofessional in the way they dealt with us. They confirmed a car with us but when we wanted to pay for the car and Pick up the car they tried avoiding us. Eventually when we persisted they came with all types of excuses. They initially didn't want to show me the car. I persisted and went back the next day. They showed me the car but didn't start it. The excuse they gave me was that it has an engine problem. Everytime i asked to speak to the superior they got a guy from another department to come and he played along. This is totally un acceptable from such a big and 'reputable' dealership. I engen called vw complaints department south Africa and they also just didn't get back to me after a few calls. There was no initiative from any of them to make up or give some customer service back. I am disgusted at this type of service from vw.
