Disgusting customer service

Would like to report a very bad and bias customer service from Lywellel(supervisor foreman). I brought my car for a service and it was attended afternoon and I was told that they cannot find part today then I requested to speak to this rude guy and he told me that my facts are irrelevant and he actual doesn’t my business so I must take my car and leave the place in front of other customers. I believe that customers should be treated faily irrespective of a race, color, etc. not what I experienced today. Take your car there at your own ris****
