Complaint - Unregistered vehicle acquired from the VW Group - VW Melrose

I want to convey my serious concern regarding a vehicle I purchased from VW Melrose, which has been used daily in our operations but was never registered or licensed by the VW Melrose dealership after a year.

Additionally, I must point out that if this vehicle purchased from VW group had been involved in an accident during this period, our insurance would not have covered it, leaving us responsible for the vehicle's payment and potentially third-party costs.

We only found out the vehicle was not registered when the time came to renew the license disk.
