Bought a pre-owned Ford fiesta

Bought a ford fiesta st by them in 2019/06/12. sold me the car with a worn clutch, worn tyres with bubbles on the side wall and the window washer did not work for the front window. Drove the car down to cape town. When i got at the tunnel i had no clutch at all. Phoned them the next day and complained. till today they refuse to repair anything on the car. Reported them to the ombudsman ,still waiting on them to come back to me.

That is really bad service dont know how to take care of their customers and dont follow law, according to law you have 6 months from purchase to report any damages on the car and they must fix the problems no questions asked.

Will not refer any business to them.
