Hartbee****rt mountain resort ****

I booked for two nights at hartbee****rt mountain resort, got their contact number from google maps, the number matches the one listed on bookings.com. we spoke on whatsapp on the 1st of sep, they gave me their account number to do EFT, they confirmed they got the money. My reservation was for 13th-15th sep. A day before my stay i asked what time is checking in time, they never responded to my messages, on the 13th at about 17:00 i got to the location listed on google maps, there is no intercom to i hooted and called the number i was communicating with them via whatsapp, they didnt pick up, called with direct phone call, the number was on voicemail. Checked reviews on google maps and it turns out the place has been ****ming people for a while now as it is permanetly closed. On the 12th a few people has also booked for the weekend,they were at the same place i was at and no one came out and they gave up and left.
