Hard drive web cafe very bad service after signing with them

My personal experience with this calld hard drive web cafe. It started when i was looking for fibre internet on Facebook market... I choosed from tge them package of 20mp up n 20 dn speed. First 3 or 4 months every thing was perfect. After tgat it started to be slow motion internet... Offs n ons.. Evry twice or 3 times oer week. When ever i call them they say somti3 the person in charge not there or that they are moving.... Etc. After that tgey will tell switch on n off the rooter.. Etc. But the problem will be solved only for a day or 2.... And tgey will keep on telling u excuses like it may happen problems time to time with the connection.. I understand but not in a weekly basis. My account with them is up to date. But thier service is not. When i tried to cancel they hit me with almist r3000 cancelation fee. Now as we speak i don t have internet and i can t work or stream or whatsoever since 2weeks ago. And evry day i am emailing them witg update and screen shots tgat i am not connected... But tgey say that they will see the availability of a technician and tgat was 3 days ago. So advice. Don t buy packages of internet for them because they will make sure to send invoices to pay in time.. But no service after
