Worst Estate Agent ever ( : Harcourts

<p>Good day all</p> <p> </p> <p>As a first time home owner I had a terrible experince thus want to warn all buyers against an agent in Harcourts ( branch close to Westgate), agents name is Deogracia Mahopo and she is incredibly rude. Red flags were during the viewing process where she gave me an ulitmatum after I scheduled the 2nd viewing. I proceeded with the purchase and I was in for it. She pitched at my workplace wearing a dirty shirt that was not iron for me to sign the offer of purchase, she was constantly confused and did not reply to my emails. She never assisted me with my questions or assisted me with the required docs for the sale to a point where I had to escalate and Nicolele assisted me propmptly. The were delays from the bank with amended an incorrect quote sent and she did not intervene instead blame me for it, the documents required by the bank from her were not sent on time and as a result the offer of purchase expired. Since the offer of purchase expired the transfer and regsitration attorneys are cahrging me for wastage, basically I am paying for nothing. I then decided that since the offer of purcahse expired we must part ways, sent an email to Deogracia to advise the attorneys of cancellation via email and her response was 'good day, forward it yourself''. The star of the show in this case is Nicolene from Harcourts as well as the attorneys who did their best to save the property from going into auction since the offer of purchase expired.</p>
