Worst company to sign lease agreements with

They are very efficient when it comes to getting new tenants and selling properties. But when it comes to dealing with issues after a lease agreement has been signed, they absolutely suck. The place that I had previously rented from them was repossessed by the bank and then went on auction. They did not do any previous history on the property to know what the bond and levies were not being paid. After the property was put on auction, we was given a 2 month notice to vacate, clearly our lease agreement meant nothing. The lease was an agreement with the prior owner, so how would they let the new owner be allowed to kick us out before our lease ended? Very unprofessional. Let's not forget that this matter went to every Tom, **** and Harry in the company, every single time I was told its being handled by someone else. Now when it is time to paye back my deposit, they are holding it back to "fix everything", bare in mind they had lost the ingoing inspection, so how can they tell what needs to be fixed? ABSOLUTE BULL****!!!
