Worse property management ever8

I have a apartment on the 3rd floor that i bought 2 and a half years ago i since i bought it I complain about if the smoke from the two lower apartment coming in my apartment if any of the two lower apartment uses there barbiques because the apartment all have build in barbiques in side the living room. I have called complaint i can't use the apartment it is unsafe my linnen is yellow my walks is yellow from the smoke and u have to leave the apartment and leave the doors and windows open for the smoke to clear because u can't see or breathe. I have loss a lot of money because of this issue i have called the Mosselbay Harcourt multiple times as the are responsible for the property they always give the same reply if u get hold of the reposible lady but usually she never calls back. The excuse they give for the pass 2 and half years is its at the engineer she never replies tomail only after i called there manager George he spoke to her then she rep**** on the mail i send 2024.
