Unregistered Estate Agencie and agents
Harcourts Premier in Pretoria East is operating *******ly. The do not have the relevant licences. Harcourts in a franchises and every owner should register them selves and their agents for FFC certificates. Non of the agent their are registered nor have any of them been in the real estate business before. <br> <br> I feel this is unexceptionable and wrong towards all the other agents and agencies. How can they sell property with out being a registered entity.

I agree with you. However, All Harcourts Franchises operate according to the relevant laws. If there is a waiting period between obtaining certain qualification or issuing the relevant licenses, agents and the principal will be registered under another Licensed franchised to protect the public. ( which is the case with Premier)
I what way did you suffer damanges due to Premier's operation. Please let me know in order to investigate. Secondly, the correct body to complain to is the Estate Agents Affairs board . I get the idea that you know how to make contact with them seeing that you are possibly involved in the industry as well.
Please do the following: Supply me with details of your damages or lay a complaint with the EAAB and remove the message from Hellopeter, its not the correct forum for your concerns.
