UNFAIR & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

On the 27th of January 2016, I saw a flat for rent online & I contacted the advertised agent, Shirita Pillay to arrange a viewing. She advised me that viewing would only began in February. I contacted her again on the 2nd of February (07h52) to arrange the viewing, I was told that she will speak to an agent Bongani & get back to me. I got no response so at 15h09 I emailed her again & asked if she had any feedback, she then rep**** that Bongani had just advised her that the flat was taken! How is this possible since I was not given an opportunity to view and apply? Why wasn't I contacted for viewing? Why didn't the advertised agent know that the flat was taken? I raised my concerns with Shirita who then told me that she is not an agent, she is an administrator. Below is the response I received via email<br> \I set up all of Bongani's appointments to view and screen all the calls. But he does the viewings. Its up to him which client he wants to take on as a tenant. And also depends if the client has a clear credit record. \"<br> If it is Bongani's call, why didn't she as an administrator put me in contact with him? Why was her details advertised as the agent? unfair & unprofessional."
