Unacceptable

<p>We rented a house with Harcourts for 2 years. there was a very good inspection taken just before we moved in. The house was in a terrible state and they told us that there wasnt a deposit from the previous people who lived there so they cant fix and clean the house. but they did told us that there will be a few things fixed on a monthly basis ( NEVER HAPPENED) but its fine. in the mean while they lost all evidence all the photos taken before we moved in. now that we moved out, they held us responsible for broken windows, they took the money from our key deposit, and dont want to pay us the money back, we agreed to fix 4 windows, and we already paid for 4 windows, now we had te pay for an extra 7 windows. Windows that was broken before we moved in! I wish i took photos of all the windows, but the agent took photos of every thing so I didnt need to. I want them to pay the money back, but they just refuse to do so. when we moved in every thing was in a state, also the pool was black the grass and every thing was very long and look terrible. since we lived there, we took good care of the place. we cant be held relaiable just because they lost all there paperwork. </p>
