Terrible service when attempting to enquire about or look at a property

I have been looking at a property and contacted the agent. Upto this point in time it seems the agent does not want to sell the property.

I have asked about the property last month and was told told an offer was made. I asked the agent to inform me know if it was successful.

This never happened. I have to keep calling the agent week after week to try get information.

I now asked for a viewing and was told no as the seller wants to change the price

Delay after delay. I find this unprofessional and simply bad service
