TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM Harcourts

Unprofessional and pathetic service from Cheynne and Harcourts!!! I will never recommend this agency nor ever use them again. I got an apartment with Cheynne Griesel, it’s been a month and I’m still struggling to get things fixed. She does not stick to appointments, never communicates and when I try to, she ignores me. I contacted the agency to atleast speak to the manager so I can get help but they were not interested as well, none of my issues were addressed, they don’t even bother to follow up. I regret using Harcourts, they only care about making sales and not their clients
