Terrible Service from Harcourts

Terrible service! never returning calls or emails! no updates on important things such as our rent being 9 days late which affects our livelihood. Being told the manager is "busy" every time we call in and then never getting a call back. this is a service we have paid for upfront and has been shocking as it has been going on for months! would never recommend them to anyone
