Terrible service

I have rental properties with rental agents, but none of these agencies compare to Harcourts absolutely pathetic service. I have a contract with them - however, every month, its never adhered to. I call to speak to the principal or send her emails - which she ignores. Accounts have no clue what is happening and are forever offline. I ask for a simple account statement - it takes two week and I am the one following up to eventually receive it. Rental suppose to be paid by the 1st of the month - i get paid on the 20th if i am lucky!! And never ever have i received a call to inform me there will be a delay. I need to follow up. <br> <br> I get my rental paid into my account every month like clock work from other agencies - and its not like Harcourts management fee is cheap - i pay far less with the other company!! I will never go with Harcourts again with any of my properties. They have no clue on what customer service is yet their website proudly displays the \HARCOURTS PROMISE"yaa right!!!!<br> <br> """
