*****ing money

I exited the house I was renting at the start of November, The agent I did a quick view of the house and told me that because of issues in the past renters that they were going to get a professional cleaner to clean the house and that I sould not warry, I will only lose my cleaning deposit, and she will send me a invoice soon, a week past and I revieced my exit inspection. they charged me R2000 for the cleaning, later I went to the house to fix small issues. I found that the cleaner have:

1. removed the some of the owners property in the gaurage(a aircon) 2. kicked over a paint bucket. 3. damaged the walls. 4. and removed the gardan.

(I cleaned the the paint off, in fear that harcourts would blame me for the spill. I spent R500 on paint ********).

I inquired about the large amount for the cleaning. and they told me it was for removal of items and that "my definition of clean is not theirs". So in other words: they ****ed up the house and removed the owners property and charged me R2000 for it. so fast forward 2 weeks I finally got my deposit, they charged me a additional R3000 for admin fees.

I never received a invoice for cleaning and never consented for it to be done. the house was NOT in a bad condition.

I have requested a full breakdown of the cleaning and still have not received it. Let me be clear, I want my money that is due.

Please answer me this, if my deposit was R5000 would harcourts have taken all of it? Or is it only because my Deposit is R20000 that R5000 seems like a amount that I would be willing to lose?
