Shocking Service (Provider insinuates client is the ****)

I have rented a unit from Harcourts which was rented without clean running water... Apparantly this was advised and i accepted this. I am awaiting the proof of this in writing as I dont know anyone with a newborn who would accept those terms. My cat was killed by this companies colleagues which is now said to be a pet sitting service which i was never billed or asked for a fee but advised this was a fellow staff member now the story changes. I scheduled a meeting with the manager who in person understood my plight but after the fact i'm told their is no breach in contract from their end but rather I was informed upfront of all these issues and I accepted the rental. I have proved in writing to the owner of this agency that my front gate was not fixed and access to my house was not rectified for over 2 months (Its still not fixed currently) and yet they refuse to accept my request to vacate the lease with a one months notice but rather imply I am a **** even with written proof to the contrary.

This company does not see you the renter as the client and has bias toward the landlords. This relationship is a serious conflict of interest as they are not neutral bodies they claim to be. I sincerely suggest anybody stays far away from this brand. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I am now forced to take the legal route in this matter unnecessarily!
